In case you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment we will automatically ship out new product for you or issue a full refund. Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.

Yes international shipping is available and the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please not that we are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may accure upon receipt.

All products are prepared and shipped out from our fulfillment center within 1–5 business days from the order date, and on average, it takes an extra 1–5 business days to deliver your order. If things go smoothly, when you place your order, you should receive it by next week.
